Small Business Spoken Here provides individuals and organizations with training experiences and seminars covering the subjects of communication, team building, and business development. Programs are designed to increase business profitability and facilitate process improvements. The experiences compliment personality profiles and relationship development. The subjects are taught in seminar format or training program format and on-line in the form of e-training. The seminar format is a presentation that concentrates on a specific topic. For the seminars, the audience observes. A training program is like a seminar except the attendees participate in the entire process. On-line e-training includes exercises and a printable workbook to engage participants.
A crucial aspect of Small Business Spoken Here is the offering of one-on-one and community counseling to support material covered in both in-person and on-line training. Initial counseling may be offered free or through another agency such as the SBDC, however on-going counseling will be offered for a fee.
