Built into the pricing and program are monthly accountability checkpoints for three months. These are critical to ensure an understanding of the process, that will be the foundation for continuously updating the strategic plan and working on the goals with the highest priority. The focus is on balance and not doing, just what is easy, but what is most important.
After the first three checkpoints, the client can continue with quarterly accountability checkpoints as an add on to the basic program. The quarterly one-hour sessions review progress and assist in making adjustments to the One-Page Strategic Plan and One-Page Action Plans.
