A Women’s Business Program ~ Connecting Pathways

Connecting Pathways promotes communities of 10 to 12 Women Business Owners who have an interest in tapping into a diverse network of “like minded” individuals in a safe space to discuss different perspectives on business concerns and to inspire personal and professional growth. We connect pathways to build a stronger economic base in our community.

Positive Focus and Moving Forward

Sessions take a proactive approach to reaching desired goals. The focus is a positive one, teaching skills to help community members stay in their most resourceful state to achieve results. The facilitated, virtual meetings allow time for you to receive insights from your peers on any topic in your business or personal life.

Nine Community Exchanges

Nine virtual group meetings a year and at least one in-person meeting will expand your business network of resources and opportunities. Your community becomes your “unbiased board of advisors” offering uninterrupted time for connection as well as time to discuss sensitive and important topics.

Nine Learning Opportunities

Each group gathering will offer a short training on topics that support both personal and professional growth. This community setting encourages interaction and sharing. The diversity of the members’ wisdom and experience broadens your perspective, creating a deeper learning.

Five Private Coaching Opportunities

Following group sessions, participants will receive individual, one-on-one business coaching, and email support to anchor in goals, add a level of accountability, process personal, or business objectives, and allow time to explore further ideas or concerns based on the community suggestions.

The monthly cost to participate is $50 invoiced monthly. You may join, or leave, the group at any time.
